By using the Game, you consent to: The collection of device and gameplay data for security and optimization. The use of anti-cheat technologies to detect unfair play. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to play fairly and refrain from: Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics. Using unauthorized third-party software, scripts, or bots. Abusive behavior, including harassment, hate speech, or threats. Impersonation of other users, developers, or moderators. Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. In-Game Purchases & Virtual Items

4.1 Non-Refundable Transactions All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. 4.2 Virtual Goods Have No Real-World Value In-game currency, skins, and other digital items have no real-world cash value. You may not sell, trade, or exchange virtual items outside of the Game. 4.3 Unauthorized Transactions If we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership of Content Rise of Fearless, including all graphics, artwork, sounds, code, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of SeventyTwoNinety LLC. 5.2 User-Generated Content If you submit or share content (e.g., usernames, gameplay clips, or custom assets), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute that content. 5.3 Copyright & Trademark Violations You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Game without our written permission.

Anti-Cheat & Fair Play Policy

6.1 Strict Anti-Cheat Enforcement We use advanced anti-cheat technology to detect and prevent unfair play, including: Aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, or auto-aim scripts. Exploiting glitches for an unfair advantage. Match-fixing or win-trading. 6.2 Penalties for Cheating First offense: Temporary suspension or rank reset. Repeat offenses: Permanent ban and possible legal action. 6.3 Monitoring & Reporting We reserve the right to analyze gameplay data to detect unfair behavior. Players may report suspicious activity, but false reports may lead to penalties.

Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Grounds for Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you: Violate these Terms. Engage in fraudulent activity. Attempt to manipulate or disrupt game servers. 7.2 Effects of Termination You will lose access to your account, progress, and virtual items. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Binding Arbitration Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not through class-action lawsuits. 9.2 Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of United Arab Emirates.
